Inclusive Strategic Planning.

  • Successful strategic planning seeks to build and share power among your stakeholders, engages multiple and varied perspectives, and encourages creative and expansive thinking. Our approach to strategy helps organizations to identify vision (the change you want to see in the world) and mission (organization‘s unique contribution towards the realization of the vision). Discover how infusing an anti-oppression lens into strategic planning can empower your organization to drive meaningful, sustainable change.

  • INTERNAL ALIGNMENT AND OUTLINING A SHARED DIRECTION

During this first stage of the strategic planning process we concentrate on alignment and buy-in, in particular focusing on building a more inclusive, equitable organization. You know your organization best. Our role is simply to help organize your thoughts and direction.

    COMMUNITY AND STAKEHOLDER BUY-IN

As we progress through the process we co-construct a data collection process that creates space for staff and community to be seen, heard, and build trust.

    ACTION AND IMPLEMENTATION

As we build the implementation plan we create multiple avenues for a deliberate change management process. For this process to be successful it will be important to get buy-in early and often. We work with the organization to create outlines for marketing and fundraising strategies as well as a plan of action for the Board.

    • Alignment and clarity on path for future growth and development through a clear and detailed strategic plan.
